Shipping & Delivery 

We offer flat rate shipping of $9.95 per order Australia wide. * 

For our local customers on Sydney's Northern Beaches we also offer a free local pickup option. Pickup is from Seaforth and the address will be emailed to you when your order is ready.

We utilise a variety of carriers including Australia Post as well as various couriers depending on your location. Therefore, delivery to PO Boxes is not possible in many cases; please use a street address when placing your order or enquire with us beforehand.

Orders sent via courier require a signature on receipt of your parcel, unless the buyer has given written authority in the order comments to leave the parcel in a secure location. Please note, if such written ‘authority to leave’ is given, BeesKnees Imports will not be held responsible if the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged.

To avoid delays in delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel. If your order was shipped with Australia Post and no one is available to receive the parcel, it will be taken to your nearest Australia Post Office and you will receive a collection card in your mail box informing you of how and where to collect your parcel. If your order was shipped by courier and no one is available to sign for the parcel, you will receive a calling card in your mail box with your courier's contact number, for you to call and arrange a time for re-delivery of your parcel.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information for the relevant carrier. (Please check your spam folder if you have not received an email within 3 days of placing your order.)

Shipping to international locations may be possible – please contact us to enquire about shipping rates.

*Please note, some exceptions may apply in the case of large/bulky items or orders to remote areas. Such orders may incur additional delivery charges or may not be able to be delivered if appropriate shipping carriers are not available. We will contact you within 1 business day should your order be affected by this exception.

 

Returns & Refunds 

We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please contact us first with your order number and details about the product that you would like to return. Sale items are excluded from returns for change of mind.

Refund items must be returned unopened and in new, unused condition with all original/ sealed packaging and/or tags attached. (PLEASE NOTE: Return postage will need to be paid by the buyer and the refund amount that you will receive is for your item/s only and does not include the original postage charges.)  

In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect or faulty item, we will send you a replacement or refund the full amount including original postage. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order with your order number and details of the fault. Refunds or replacements will not be provided if the item has been used in a manner other than its intended purpose, if the product appears to be damaged through negligence or rough play, or where special care instructions were not followed. The faulty items returns policy applies only if the product itself is damaged and does not apply to damaged packaging.
